Rental rules

• Equipment can only be hired on presentation of a valid identity card.
• Rental to children and young people under the age of 18 is only possible on presentation of a power of attorney from a parent or legal guardian.
• The power of attorney must confirm the assumption of damage or loss of the rental equipment. 
  A copy of the identity card and a telephone number of the legal guardian is also required.
• Return your rental equipment to the bike store by 5.30pm at the latest on the same day or on the last day if you are renting for several days.
• Only return your rental bike washed. You will find bike wash stations at the valley stations of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis cable cars.
• Check your rental bike for damage when you pick it up and report this before your first ride. 
  Damage reported later cannot be taken into account and is your responsibility.
• If you notice any damage, defective or loose parts during the rental period, report them immediately to the rental station. Depending on the cost, the damage will be repaired directly or, if available, you will be provided with a replacement bike.
• You are liable for any damage you cause to the rental equipment. We offer you the option of taking out additional insurance for the rental equipment.
• Hired pump track bikes, balance bikes and children's MTB hardtails may not be ridden in the bike park!
