Risk information

  • Riding the trails and bike park areas is at your own risk!
  • No liability is accepted for accidents or damage to property. We recommend taking out accident insurance including helicopter mountain rescue and liability insurance for personal injury and property damage to third parties.
  • The instructions of the bike park and cable car staff must be followed at all times. When trails are closed (sign in the start area or in front of a trail section), riding is strictly prohibited. Parts of the trails are located on roads with public traffic - the Austrian Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply here.

If the rules are disregarded, your lift pass can be withdrawn and a driving ban issued.

  • Tickets are non-transferable.
  • Lost tickets will not be replaced.
  • Access control is carried out by cable car staff and contactless readers.
  • Any misuse of tickets will result in their immediate withdrawal and retention.
  • The instructions of our bike park and cable car staff must be followed.
  • According to the Railway Liability Act, which includes the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis cable cars, only guests with a valid ticket are covered by insurance.
  • In the event of unforeseen weather situations, such as wind and thunderstorms or technical problems on the cable cars, which lead to the suspension of travel operations for safety reasons, there is no entitlement to a refund of tickets.
  • Temporary trail closures may occur due to damage or maintenance work. There is no entitlement to a refund or discount on tickets if the trail offer is restricted.
